RVP-LAW is a modern business law firm with a wide range of abilities and longstanding experience in the profound support of domestic and international clients with competent legal advice. Our main objective is to effectively enforce, protect and defend our client´s interests.
RVP stands for excellence in:
- Legal Counseling (“Rechtsberatung”)
- Contract Preparation (“Vertragsgestaltung”) and
- Litigation Management (“Prozessführung”)
Our key areas of expertise are:
- Employment and Labor Law (“Arbeitsrecht”)
- Commercial- and Contract Law (“Wirtschafts- und Vertragsrecht”)
- IT-Law, Compliance and Data Protection (“IT-Recht & Compliance"”)
We are qualified to represent our domestic and international clients in all litigations before every German (local, appellate, and federal) court and authority, except the Bundesgerichtshof. In cases beyond our jurisdiction, we have substantial expertise in the project management of international litigation and arbitration with a global network of lawyers.
In all employment and labor law matters we provide legal services by advising and representing companies, organizations, employers, managing directors, managers, and executives. In addition to individual employment law, we also handle all legal matters involving work councils and collective bargaining law, including restructuring projects and business transfers.
Henning Rabe von Pappenheim has longstanding experience in counseling (also inhouse), litigation, tactics, and negotiations. He is editor and co-author of the legal encyclopedia “Lexikon Arbeitsrecht” which is annually published since 2001.
We also provide legal support for businesses in connection with local management matters, commercial register requirements, shareholder resolutions, intellectual property issues, liability claims, debt collection, data protection and compliance matters.
In Germany, a lawyer’s remuneration is determined by law (“RVG”), generally in relation to the litigation value. Outside the mandatory scope of RVG we offer either billing on the clock or monthly flat rates (for continuous legal services). In any case, fees for our services do only occur with the explicit approval of our clients, generally in form of a mutual mandate agreement.
We speak German, English and French.
